Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via emai. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge you a flat $6.00 outbound shipping fee. All returns for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater. Round trip shipping charges will still apply. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes. Handling fee is non-refundable. Please note, we cannot accept returns after 7 days of receipt.
Address Correction Charges
Occasionally our customers mis-type their delivery address in the shopping cart and their product cannot be delivered. If your product was shipped via USPS and there is an incorrect address, the product will be shipped back to us as undeliverable. The USPS does not allow us to correct the address and re-direct the shipment for an incorrect address. If we are notified that your address is “undeliverable” we will notify you via email and ask for your correct address. We will be glad to re-ship you a replacement product but we will have to charge you a $11.00 address correction and re-shipping fee so please be careful to make sure your address is correct when you enter it into the shopping cart.
Refused Shipments
All refused shipments will be treated as a standard return including applicable fees.
Warranty Replacements
If your product is defective, you may qualify for a warranty replacement of the item. Please contact customer service to see if your product is under warranty.
Within the first 7 days of purchase if your product is determined to be defective and you would like a replacement product, please ship the item back after contacting us. The defective item will either be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you upon receipt. If you are trying to return a defective product that has been discontinued and no longer stocked by us, then we will either attempt to source you a replacement or will provide you a refund.
If upon receiving your defective item our technicians test it and it is deemed as not defective the replacement request will be treated as a standard return. Please review our 7 day money back return policy for details.
If at any time after 7 days of the purchase and up until the warranty timeline provided by the manufacturer your item is defective and needs replaced please contact customer service to set up a warranty replacement request. The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to AllComputerAid. The item (s) will be tested by our technicians. Upon confirmation from our technicians the item (s) are defective and fit within the warranty the item will be repaired and/or replaced and shipped back to the customer at Laptops For Less expense. If upon testing from our technicians the item (s) are not found to be not defective the replacement request will be treated as a standard return. All warranty replacements will ship via USPS. Please note that warranty replacement only covers the actual defective item and not any additional charges paid by the customer such as any duties and taxes.
Mis-shipped Orders
On the rare occasion that you receive a product that you did not order, please notify cheapestlaptopaccessories.com within the first 2 days of the receipt of your package. Once we have determined that you have indeed been shipped the incorrect item, we will make every reasonable effort to correct our mistake. Typically, the correction includes the re-shipment of the corrected item and providing our customers with a prepaid FedEx return label to return the mis-shipped item.
